How Sprint Technique Affects Speed, Performance, and Injury Risk in Young Athletes

Sprint speed is a defining physical quality across field and court sports, influencing match impact, selection pathways, and long-term athletic development. Yet improvements in speed are rarely achieved through effort alone.

At What Age Should Athletes Start Strength Training?

Parents and coaches often ask when young athletes should begin strength training. The more accurate question is not about age, but about readiness.

Hamstring Injuries in Junior Athletes: What Actually Prevents Them?

Hamstring strain injuries are among the most common non-contact injuries in running-based sports and can disrupt development during critical stages of athletic progression. While widely discussed in elite sport, prevention in juniors is misunderstood
